The identity of Luked Apparel was not built with market research or Instagram trends. Our identity comes directly from its creator and is intimately linked to 90s and 2000s skate culture, American culture in general, and—very especially—music.
But not just any music.
We are talking about rock, metal, those genres that defined the 80s, that didn't need to be mainstream to move crowds, that lit a spark inside you without asking permission. Because that is what these genres do: they awaken something real, they awaken creativity, strength, a desire for everything, a desire to live.
That same energy is what is in every design, every garment, every video you see from Luked.
What metal once was in the 80s, that movement that shook everything up without having to explain itself or fit in, is what we try to replicate: creating something new from scratch, without fear, with strength, with identity. And yes, something that is not for everyone, but for those few who truly understand what we are doing.
We are inspired by the best of American culture, the classics, because that is our goal: to become another classic over time. We don't want to be a passing trend. We want to be that thing you listen to, see, or wear after years and it still makes sense.
That is why there are no current hits in our videos. You won't hear reggaeton or TikTok beats. You will hear what we truly feel. Music with history. Music with identity. Music that doesn't seek to please, but to stay. The same thing we seek as a brand.
This is not fashion. It is identity.
And that is what makes us different. We rescue the best of everything, but with our feet firmly planted in what we believe. We don't walk around watching what we say for fear of cancel culture or stereotypes. We don't care about being liked by everyone. We care about being real. And keeping that alive, regardless of the context, is exactly what makes us unique.
